Separate decisions. An incomplete picture.
Your professionals keep their expertise. NeXpath connects their decisions.A coordination model, not financial advice.

A capable team can still
leave an incomplete picture.

A tax decision reaches beyond the tax return. Insurance choices affect liquidity. Estate plans depend on ownership and beneficiaries. When those conversations stay separate, the family carries the work of connecting them.

NeXpath serves as the coordination hub. We help identify the gaps, put priorities in writing, and support implementation with the professionals already at your table.

Privacy-first coordination. Your CPA and attorney remain your advisors.

The scope of coordination

Three areas.
One family picture.

Each area has a place in your written roadmap. The tools depend on your situation, including insurance when it fits.

Tax strategy education
+ coordination

With your CPA

Understand the legal tax strategies worth discussing with your CPA. We help put the opportunities in order and coordinate decisions across your professional team.

  • Education on strategies relevant to your situation
  • A written roadmap and action plan
  • Your CPA handles tax advice and implementation

Protection + liquidity
design

Insurance-based

Consider coverage in the context of income, obligations and legacy goals. Insurance-based design focuses on long-term stability and access to liquidity.

  • Coverage aligned with your family's obligations
  • Cash value life insurance considered when appropriate
  • Insurance is a possible tool, not a requirement

Legacy alignment

With your attorney

Bring your estate attorney into the conversation around ownership, beneficiaries and family continuity. The coordination helps each decision reflect your legacy intentions.

  • Beneficiary and ownership structure reviews
  • Coordination with your estate counsel
  • Multi-generational continuity considerations

Education and coordination only. We do not provide tax, legal or investment advice.

More about Frank and NeXpath

Before we speak

A few boundaries,
made clear.

Will you replace my CPA or attorney?

Your existing team stays in place. NeXpath coordinates decisions with them so tax, protection and legacy considerations can be discussed together.

Is this tax, legal or investment advice?

We provide education and coordination. Tax advice comes from your CPA, legal advice from your attorney, and investment advice from an appropriately licensed investment professional. NeXpath does not manage investments.

Do I have to purchase insurance?

Insurance isn't required. When appropriate, insurance-based strategies may be considered as part of protection and liquidity design. Your situation determines which tools belong in the plan.

What happens on the private fit call?

The 15-minute conversation covers your priorities, possible coordination gaps and whether NeXpath's approach fits. You'll discuss a clear next step without an obligation to engage.

A private conversation

Where does your
picture need connecting?

Start with the decisions already on your desk. A private fit call helps determine where coordination could help and whether we're the right fit.
